Harmoni-F Tab 21’s is a medicine composed of Folic Acid, Ethinyl Estradiol, and Cyproterone Acetate Ethinyloestradiol. It is primarily used for hormonal contraception and to treat certain hormonal imbalances in women. Folic Acid is a B-vitamin that helps the body produce and maintain new cells. Ethinyl Estradiol is a synthetic form of estrogen, a female sex hormone that regulates menstrual cycles. Cyproterone Acetate Ethinyloestradiol is a combination of a progestin (cyproterone acetate) and an estrogen (ethinyl estradiol), offering dual action to regulate hormonal fluctuations.
