Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the “Mukundrai Bros” mobile application or website (the "Service") offered by Mukundrai Brothers ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all registered, users and who access or use this app.

By registering as a user of this application you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access this application.

Personal information collected by us.

If you wish to purchase any product made available through this application, you may be asked to supply certain information including but not limited to your name, address, mobile number, your date of birth, father’s / husband’s name, email address etc.

By registering in this app, you agree to supply the above information at your will. During registration you agree to receive an SMS or phone call to verify your number via One Time Password (OTP). Further, you agree to receive call from us to verify your details.

We will not serve your order when.

• You don’t possess a valid prescription
• You don’t bring along original prescription while collecting medicines(for pickup order) or you don't upload a valid prescription within the app or website. Valid Prescription
  
• You are prescribed items covered under Schedule X of Drug and Cosmetic Act and Rules. Medicines having addiction potential cannot be order through this application.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least two days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
