HAEMOSTATICS

Haemostatics are substances that help to stop bleeding by promoting blood clotting. They are used to control bleeding during surgical procedures or in cases of injury or trauma. Haemostatics work by either promoting platelet aggregation or by stimulating the production of clotting factors.
