Justoza M 10/500 Tablet is a combination medicine that contains two active ingredients – Metformin and Vildagliptin. Metformin is an oral diabetes medication that helps control blood sugar levels by reducing the amount of glucose produced by the liver and improving insulin sensitivity. Vildagliptin, on the other hand, is a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor that enhances the levels of naturally occurring hormones which help regulate blood sugar. Justoza M 10/500 Tablet is prescribed for the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus. It is used to improve glycemic control when diet and exercise alone are not sufficient. This medication helps lower fasting and postprandial blood sugar levels, thereby reducing the risk of complications associated with uncontrolled diabetes.
