CMC acts as an artificial tear, mimicking the natural tears produced by the eyes. It works by forming a protective layer on the surface of the eye, which helps to retain moisture and lubricate the eyes. Lacrimos-G Eye Drop is indicated for the temporary relief of burning, irritation, and discomfort caused by dryness of the eyes, or by exposure to wind or sun. It can also be used to relieve the sensation of a foreign body in the eyes or to moisten contact lenses during wear. It is safe and suitable for both adults and children over 1 year of age. The drops are sterile and preservative-free, making them safe for regular use without causing any harm to the eyes.
