The standard dosage for adults is usually one tablet twice a day for three consecutive days, while for children the dosage is based on their body weight. It is important to take Lumerax-60 Tablet with food as it enhances its absorption and efficacy. However, certain precautions should be taken, such as avoiding grapefruit juice, as it may interact with the medication.
