Description

Olsar-H 20 Tablet is a medicine that contains a combination of two active ingredients: Olmesartan Medoxomil and Hydrochlorothiazide. Olmesartan Medoxomil belongs to a class of drugs called angiotensin receptor blockers, which help to relax blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure and improving blood flow. Hydrochlorothiazide, on the other hand, is a diuretic that promotes increased urine production and helps to reduce fluid retention, thus further aiding in blood pressure reduction. Olsar-H 20 Tablet is primarily used for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) in patients who have not responded adequately to monotherapy (use of single drug). By combining Olmesartan Medoxomil and Hydrochlorothiazide, Olsar-H 20 Tablet provides a more comprehensive approach in managing hypertension, resulting in an improved control of blood pressure levels.
