Description

Telify Am Tablet is a medicine that contains the combination of Amlodipine and Telmisartan. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker, whereas Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker. This combination is primarily used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) in adults. Amlodipine works by relaxing and widening the blood vessels, allowing the blood to flow more easily, thereby lowering the blood pressure. Telmisartan, on the other hand, blocks the action of angiotensin II, a hormone that causes blood vessels to constrict, resulting in a decrease in blood pressure.
