Telma CT 80/6. 25 Tablet is a medicine that contains a combination of two active ingredients, namely Chlorthalidone and Telmisartan. Chlorthalidone is a diuretic or water pill that helps the body eliminate excess water and salt, reducing water retention and thereby lowering blood pressure. Telmisartan belongs to a class of drugs called angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs), which function by relaxing blood vessels, allowing for easier blood flow and reducing blood pressure.
