Description

Zayo 100 Tablet is a medicine that combines two active ingredients: Valsartan and Sacubitril. Valsartan belongs to a group of medicines called angiotensin II receptor blockers, which help relax blood vessels and lower blood pressure. Sacubitril, on the other hand, is a neprilysin inhibitor that works by increasing the levels of natural substances in the body that help widen blood vessels and reduce the workload on the heart. Zayo 100 Tablet is indicated for the treatment of heart failure with reduced ejection fraction in adults. It is usually prescribed in combination with other heart failure medications, such as beta-blockers and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, to further improve symptoms and reduce the risk of hospitalization. Patients should not stop the medication abruptly without consulting their doctor, as sudden withdrawal may lead to worsening heart failure. Possible side effects may include dizziness, low blood pressure, and high potassium levels.
