Bilasure-M Tablet is a medicine that contains a combination of Montelukast and Bilastine as its active ingredients. Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist that helps to alleviate symptoms of asthma and seasonal allergies by blocking the action of certain substances in the body that cause inflammation and narrowing of the airways. On the other hand, Bilastine is a non-sedating antihistamine primarily used to relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis and chronic urticaria by blocking the effects of histamine in the body. Bilasure-M Tablet is indicated for the management of symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, itching, congestion, and wheezing associated with seasonal allergies and asthma. It can also provide relief from symptoms of chronic hives characterized by itchy and swollen skin.
