Description

Cibrim-Z Eye Drop is a medicine used for the treatment of glaucoma and ocular hypertension. It is composed of two active ingredients, Brimonidine and Timolol Maleate. Brimonidine is an alpha-2 adrenergic agonist that reduces intraocular pressure by decreasing fluid production and increasing fluid drainage from the eye.
