Cortel-LN Tablet is a combination medicine containing Telmisartan and Cilnidipine. Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that works by relaxing blood vessels, thereby reducing blood pressure and improving blood flow. Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker that widens and relaxes blood vessels, leading to improved blood flow and lowering of blood pressure.
