Description

Duolin Rotacaps is a combination medicine that contains two active ingredients: Ipratropium and Salbutamol. Ipratropium is an anticholinergic medication that helps to relax and widen the airways, making breathing easier. Salbutamol is a bronchodilator that helps to open up the air passages in the lungs, providing relief from symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, and coughing. This medicine is primarily used as a maintenance treatment for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma. It is also prescribed to manage acute bronchospasm, a condition characterized by sudden narrowing of the airways that causes breathing difficulties. Duolin Rotacaps are formulated for inhalation using a special device called a Rotahaler. Each Rotacap contains a pre-measured dose of the medication that is released when the Rotahaler is rotated.
