Description

Esoz-L Tablet is a medicine that contains Esomeprazole as its active ingredient. Esomeprazole belongs to a class of medication called proton pump inhibitors (PPIs). Esoz-L Tablet is mainly prescribed for the treatment of various conditions related to the stomach and esophagus. It is commonly used to manage symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), which include heartburn, acid regurgitation, and difficulty swallowing. It is also used to heal and prevent stomach ulcers caused by nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), and to reduce the risk of gastric ulcers in patients who are on long-term NSAID therapy. Esomeprazole works by reducing the amount of acid produced in the stomach, thereby helping to relieve symptoms and promote healing of the affected areas.
