Description

Glimser-2 is a combination medicine containing Glimepiride and Metformin as active ingredients. Glimepiride is a sulfonylurea that helps to treat type 2 diabetes by stimulating the pancreas to produce more insulin and reducing the amount of glucose produced by the liver. Metformin is a biguanide that works by lowering the amount of glucose absorbed from the food and also reducing the amount of glucose produced by the liver.
