Levokast is a medicine that contains the active ingredients Montelukast and Levocetirizine. Levocetirizine is an antihistamine that reduces the effects of histamine, a natural chemical in the body that can produce symptoms of sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and runny nose. Levokast is commonly used for the treatment of allergic symptoms such as seasonal allergies, hay fever, and allergic rhinitis. It provides relief from symptoms like sneezing, runny or itchy nose, watery or itchy eyes, and itching of the throat or nose.
