Lipvas 20 Tablet is a medicine that contains Atorvastatin as its active ingredient. Atorvastatin belongs to a class of drugs known as statins and is primarily used to treat high cholesterol levels in the blood. It works by reducing the production of cholesterol in the liver and helping to decrease the amount of “bad” cholesterol (LDL) while increasing the levels of “good” cholesterol (HDL). This medication is prescribed to individuals with elevated cholesterol levels and those at high risk of developing heart diseases such as heart attacks and strokes. Lipvas 20 Tablet is typically taken orally, once a day, with or without food.
