Olmetrack CT 40/12. 5 Tablet is a medicine that contains a combination of Olmesartan Medoxomil and Chlorthalidone as active ingredients. These tablets are used for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) in adults. Olmesartan Medoxomil belongs to a class of medications called angiotensin II receptor blockers (ARBs), which work by blocking the action of a chemical that narrows blood vessels, thereby relaxing and widening the blood vessels.
