Rosukem-A 75 Tablet is a medicine that contains a combination of Acetyl Salicylic Acid (ASA or Aspirin) and Rosuvastatin. Acetyl Salicylic Acid is a commonly used medication for pain relief and to reduce inflammation. It also acts as a blood thinner, preventing clot formation and reducing the risk of heart attacks and strokes. Rosuvastatin belongs to a class of medications known as statins. It is primarily used to lower cholesterol levels in the blood and decrease the risk of cardiovascular diseases such as heart attacks and strokes.
