Telvas 3D Tablet is a medicine that contains a combination of three active ingredients: Hydrochlorothiazide, Amlodipine, and Telmisartan. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic (water pill) that helps to reduce salt and water retention in the body. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker that relaxes and widens the blood vessels, improving blood flow. Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker that helps to lower blood pressure by blocking certain substances that tighten the blood vessels. This combination medication is used for the treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension) in patients who do not respond adequately to monotherapy or when a combination drug treatment is considered necessary. It helps to lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of heart attacks, strokes, and kidney problems.
