Description

Tenepure 20mg Tablet is a medicine formulated with the active ingredient Teneligliptin. It belongs to a class of medicines known as dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitors. Tenepure is primarily used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Teneligliptin works by inhibiting the DPP-4 enzyme, which plays a role in the degradation of incretin hormones. By inhibiting this enzyme, Tenepure increases the levels of incretin hormones, which in turn stimulate the release of insulin from the pancreas and reduce the production of glucose by the liver.
