Description

Zurig 80-30TAB is a medicine consisting of Febuxostat as its main active ingredient. Febuxostat is a xanthine oxidase inhibitor, primarily used for the treatment of gout. It works by reducing the production of uric acid in the body, therefore lowering the levels of uric acid crystals that cause inflammation and pain in the joints. Zurig 80-30TAB is specifically formulated with an 80 mg strength of Febuxostat. This medication is commonly prescribed to individuals with hyperuricemia, a condition characterized by abnormally high levels of uric acid in the blood. It helps to prevent gout attacks, reduce the severity of symptoms, and prevent the development of tophi (uric acid crystal deposits in joints and tissues). Zurig 80-30TAB is usually taken orally, with or without food, once daily. Regular monitoring of uric acid levels may also be recommended during the treatment period.
