The drops contain a combination of active ingredients such as paracetamol, phenylephrine hydrochloride, and chlorphenamine maleate. This medicine is commonly used to relieve symptoms like nasal congestion, sore throat, cough, and fever. Paracetamol is a fever reducer and pain reliever, phenylephrine hydrochloride acts as a decongestant to alleviate nasal congestion, and chlorphenamine maleate is an antihistamine that reduces symptoms of allergies such as runny nose and itchy eyes. The recommended dosage for adults and children over 12 years of age is 20 drops every 4-6 hours, with a maximum of 80 drops in 24 hours. For children aged 6-12, the dosage is halved.
