Description

Bimat Ls-TM Eye Drops is a medicine used for the treatment of glaucoma and ocular hypertension. The eye drops are composed of two active ingredients – Bimatoprost and Timolol Maleate. Bimatoprost is a prostaglandin analogue that reduces intraocular pressure by increasing the outflow of aqueous humor from the eye. Timolol Maleate, on the other hand, belongs to a class of medications called beta-blockers, which also reduce intraocular pressure by decreasing the production of aqueous humor. These eye drops are primarily prescribed for patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension, conditions that can lead to increased pressure inside the eye, potentially damaging the optic nerve and impairing vision. By reducing the intraocular pressure, Bimat Ls-TM Eye Drops help to prevent further damage to the eye and maintain healthy vision.
