Rhoclone 150mcg Injection is a medicine that contains the composition of Human Monoclonal Anti-Rho-D Ig. It is used in the prevention of hemolytic disease of the newborn (HDN) in pregnant women who are Rhesus (Rh)-negative. This injection is specifically indicated for the treatment of Rh(D)-negative women who are carrying a Rh(D)-positive fetus. Rhoclone works by preventing the sensitization of the mother’s immune system to the Rh(D) antigen, which can cause HDN in subsequent pregnancies. It is administered intramuscularly under medical supervision. Rhoclone helps in protecting the fetus from the harmful effects of Rh incompatibility, thus ensuring the health and well-being of both the mother and the baby.
