Description

Winbp-20H Tablet is a medication that contains a combination of Olmesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide. Olmesartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker that helps to relax blood vessels, thus lowering blood pressure. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that increases the amount of urine produced, thereby reducing excess fluid and salt in the body. This tablet is primarily used for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) in adults. It helps to control blood pressure levels, reducing the risk of associated complications such as heart attacks, strokes, and kidney problems. The combination of Olmesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide provides a more powerful effect in lowering blood pressure compared to using either medication alone. It may be prescribed as a single daily dose or divided into two doses per day. Regular monitoring of blood pressure is recommended while taking this medication. It should not be used during pregnancy, and caution is advised for patients with kidney or liver problems.
